Mayor Patino recessed to a Closed Session at 10:02 a.m.

2 Mayor Patino convened the meeting and called the meeting to order.

City Attorney Watson reported that there was no reportable actions.

There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
