RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MARIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF THE
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR ENOS
RANCHOS FINAL MAP, TRACT 6000
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Enos Ranchos, Tract 6000 on May 3, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the developer has satisfied the required improvements and terms of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Enos Ranchos, Tract 6000; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City and the Developer to terminate the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and remove any exceptions on title reports of parcels within Tract 6000.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
1. The Termination of Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the Enos Ranchos, Tract 60 00, in the form on file with the Chief Deputy City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
