RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MARIA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING SEVEN POSITIONS, PERSONNEL
AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES
WHEREAS, certain personnel and operational issues are brought forward for the City Council’s consideration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
1. Increase allocation of one Full -time Confidential Technician I/II in the City Manager’s Office, two Full -time Confidential Technician I/II for Human Resources Division, two full time Confidential Technician I/II for the Finance Department, and two Full -time Business Programs Leader positions for the Human Resources Division in the General Fund;
2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
