Mayor Patino called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m.

Interim City Manager Posada, City Attorney Watson.

Mayor Patino invited public comment. No public comment was received.
3. RECESS -CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Patino recessed to a Closed Session at 8:51 a.m.

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Patino reconvened to open session at 3:21 p.m.
5. REPORT BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Watson reported that direction was provided to the consultant and staff.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 3:23 p.m.
