Mayor Patino called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m.

Councilmembers Maribel Aguilera-Hernandez, Mike Cordero, Carlos Escobedo, Gloria Soto, and Mayor Alice Patino
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Interim City Manager Posada, City Attorney Watson.

Mayor Patino invited public comment. No public comment was received.
3. RECESS-CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Patino recessed to a Closed Session at 8:51 a.m.

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Patino reconvened to open session at 3:21 p.m.
5. REPORT BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FROM CLOSED SESSION
2 City Attorney Watson reported that direction was provided to the consultant and staff.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declare d the City Council meeting adjourned at 3:23 p.m.
