RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA, CANCELLING THE
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON JULY 2, 2024
WHEREAS, the City Council meets on a regular schedule twice a month , on the first and third Tuesdays; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to cancel meetings when necessary; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Inde pendence Day Holid ay and a lack of agenda items call for the cancellation of the July 2, 2024, City Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria that the July 2, 2024, City Council meeting is cancelled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, held this 4th day of June 2024.
