SUBJECT: Master Plan for Aging and Livability Index
The City Council will receive a presentation on Santa Barbara County’s Master Plan for Aging and Livability Index.
BACKGROUND:
The Master Plan for Aging (MPA) was created as a blueprint for aging across the lifespan.
The MPA has five goals that include Housing for all stages and ages, health reimagined, inclusion and equity, not isolation, caregiving that works, and affording aging.
Presentation to be given by Margaret Weiss, Project Coordinator for Santa Barbara County Master Plan for Aging.
