Mayor Patino called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Councilmembers Maribel Aguilera -Hernandez (arrived via teleconference at 5:32 p.m.), Mike Cordero, Carlos Escobedo, Gloria Soto (arrived at 5:35 p.m.), and Mayor Alice Patino
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Interim City Manager Posada, City Attorn ey Watson, and Chief Deputy City Clerk Schwartz (for roll call only).
Chief Deputy City Clerk Schwartz announced that a clerical error was made on the agenda that cited the Government Code §54956.8 incorrectly for item 3.a. The correct Government Code shou ld read 54957(b)(1).
2. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Mayor Patino invited public comment. No public comment was received.
3. RECESS-CLOSED SESSION
2 3.a Public Employee Recruitment - City Manager, Pursuant to California Government Code §54956.8
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Patino reconvened the meeting to open session at 7:34 p.m.
5. REPORT BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Watson reported that per California Government Code §54957(b)(1) discussions made in closed session. No report necessary.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
