Mayor Patino called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

Councilmembers Maribel Aguilera -Hernandez, Mike Cordero, Carlos Escobedo, Mayor Pro Tem Gloria Soto, and Mayor Alice Patino
Councilmember Carlos Escobedo arrived at 11:34 a.m.
Councilmember Maribel Aguilera-Hernandez arrived at 11:46 a.m.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Interim City Manager Posada, Assistant City Attorney Patrick, and Chief Deputy City Clerk Schwartz (for roll call only).
2. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Mayor Patino invited public comment. No public comment was received.
3. RECESS-CLOSED SESSION
3.a Public Employee Recruitment - City Manager, Pursuant to California Government Code §54957(b)(1) Mayor Patino recessed to a Closed Session at 11:30 a.m.
2 4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Patino reconvened the meeting to open session at 1:50 p.m.
5. REPORT BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FROM CLOSED SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Patrick reported that discussions ensued regarding the Closed Session Item 3.a with no reportable action at this time.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 1:55 p.m.
