Mayor Patino called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.

Interim City Manager Posada, City Attorney Watson, and Chief Deputy City Clerk Schwartz (for roll call only).

Mayor Patino invited public comment. No public comment was received.
3. RECESS-CLOSED SESSION

3.b Conference with Labor Negotiators, Pursuant to California Government Code §54957.6 Mayor Patino recessed to a Closed Session at 1:03 p.m.

City Attorney Watson reported that negotiation instructions were prov ided to staff for item 3.a and direction was provided to staff for item 3.b.

There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
