RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP, AND A 10-FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, FOR THE ARROW PARCEL MAP, TRACT 6030
WHEREAS, the proposed Parcel Map for the subdivision known as the Arrow Parcel Map, Tract 6030, substantially conforms to the tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Maria on October 19, 2022, and the conditions as imposed thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
1. The proposed Parcel Map for the Arrow Parcel Map, Tract 6030, in the form on file with the Chief Deputy City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the Mayor, or in the Mayor's absence the City Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
2. The City Engineer has examined the parcel map, and that the subdivision is substantially in conformance with the tentative map, and that all provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinances have been complied with.
3. The proposed Parcel Map, Arrow, Tract 6030 in the form on file with the Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby approved, and the Chief Deputy City Clerk or authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City and coordinate the recordation of the Parcel Map with the Santa Barbara County Clerk-Recorder.
4. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
