RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE DDS PARTNERSHIP PARCEL MAP, TRACT 6039
WHEREAS, the proposed Parcel Map for the subdivision known as the DDS Partnership Parcel Map, Tract 603 9, substantially conforms to the tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Maria on October 1 6, 2024, and the conditions as imposed thereon.
WHEREAS, with input from the Community Development, Recreation & Parks, and Public Wo rks Departments the establishment of a sewer easement, public utility easement, and public pedestrian access easements were required as a condition of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
Section 1. The proposed DDS Partnership Parcel Map, Tract 6039, in the form on file with the Chief Deputy City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the Mayor, or in the Mayor's absence the City Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer has examined the Parcel Map, that the subdivision is substantially in conformance with the tentative map, and that all provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinances have been complied with.
SECTION 3. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
