RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING MEASURE A ALTERNATIVE
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS
FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Maria receives funding from Measure A , a transportation measure administered by the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended to amend the 2024-25 budget for subsequent appropriations, actions, and costs as determined to be in the public’s best interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. Increase appropriations by $2,000,000 in the Measure A fund for Alternative Transportation Enhancement Projects; and
SECTION 2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the int ent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
