RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR PUBLIC,
EDUCATION, AND GOVERNMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$120,000 FOR AN AUDIOVISUAL AND PRODUCTION SOLUTION
PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEARS 2024-25 AND 2025-26
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Maria receives Public, Education, and Government (PEG) funding from Comcast Cablevision for capital projects; and
WHEREAS, it is recomme nded to amend the 2024 -25 and 2025 -26 budget for subsequent appropriations, actions, and costs as determined to be in the public’s best interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. Increase appropriations by $1 20,000 in the Public, Education, and Government division for an audiovisual and production solution; and
SECTION 2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make m inor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
