My experience with ILRC has been very good! My doctor referred me to ILRC because I have M.S., and I have had a lot of terrible flare ups recently, especially in the heat. Becoming a client gave me hope because I had undergone a lot of different health challenges. Every two weeks Kelly would reach out to me while I was on the waitlist and she would make sure I was in the loop and it gave me a real light of hope. Knowing that I could count on her to connect with me and not leave me without any support even when I was really really sick over the holidays. And after meeting Kelly in person, we were able to research an AC unit that would be light enough and portable to bring from room to room but reduce the flare ups. ILRC was able to pay for the AC unit and had it delivered to my apartment in Santa Maria. It works really well and it makes me feel a lot safer knowing I will have it as we get closer to summer.
