Proclamation
WHEREAS, Ruth Sinico-Luna has demonstrated exceptional leadership, academic excellence, and community involvement; and
WHEREAS, whereas Ruth Sinico-Luna has given 315 hours volunteering wit h projects that benefit our community; and
WHEREAS, Ruth Sinico-Luna embodies the values of leadership and service, academic achievement, and healthy lifestyles as well as exemplifies the impact the Boys & Girls Club movement has had on their lives; and
WHEREAS, Ruth Sinico -Luna serves as a role model for other young people in our community; and
WHEREAS, Ruth Sinico -Luna honorably represents Clubs and Club Members at the Boys & Girls Clubs Central Coast Region; and
WHEREAS, On March 13, 2025, Ruth Sinico-Luna, was recognized by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast as 2025 Youth of the Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALICE M. PATINO, Mayor of the City of Santa Maria hereby recognize and congratulate:

For this outstanding acc omplishment I extend to Ruth our deepest appreciation for all her dedicated work and wish her the best in all her future endeavors.
