1 Program income (PI) and Revolving Loan (RL) are funds that may be generated from existing loans, such as the Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program. This amount can fluctuate from year to year depending on the repayment of the existing loans. Revolving loan funds must be used for similar programs; therefore, existing RL has already been used for FY 2024 -25 Residential Rehab programs since a similar p rogram won’t exist during FY 2025-26.
