RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE CITY OF SANTA MARIA’S
2025 INVESTMENT POLICY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Maria has directed the City’s Investment Officer to annually submit an Investment Policy to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Investment Policy has been reviewed by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. Approves and adopts the City of Santa Maria’s 2025 Investment Policy; and
SECTION 2. Authority for implementation and oversight responsibility of the 2025 Investment Policy is delegated to the City’s Investment Officer; and
SECTION 3. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make minor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
