1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Patino convened the meeting and called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Councilmember Aguilera-Hernandez, Councilmember Soto, Mayor Pro Tem Escobedo, and Mayor Patino.
Mayor Pro Tem Escobedo arrived at 12:04 p.m.
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Councilmember Flores.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (Not to exceed 15 Minutes)
Mayor Patino opened public comment, there being none, closed public comment.
2 3. REGULAR BUSINESS
3.a Approve Change Order for Agreement with Workday-Cognizant Moved by: Councilmember Aguilera-Hernandez
Seconded by: Councilmember Soto
1. Authorized the City Manager to approve project change order No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Cognizant Worldwide Limited - Cognizant Technology Solutions US.
Corporation for implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning System; and
2. Authorized the City Manager to approve future change orders related to the Enterprise Resource Planning System that are within the total authorized budget for the project.
Ayes (4): Councilmember Aguilera-Hernandez, Councilmember Soto, Councilmember Escobedo, and Mayor Patino
Absent (1): Councilmember Gloria Flores
Motion carried by a recorded vote (4 to 0)
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Patino declared the City Council meeting adjourned at 12:11 p.m.
