RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA,
ADDING A REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON DECEMBER
2, 2025, AND CANCELING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL
MEETING ON DECEMBER 16, 2025
WHEREAS, the City Council meets on a regular schedule twice a month, on the first and third Tuesdays; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to cancel meetings when necessary; and
WHEREAS, The City Council approved a regular meeting schedule for 2025 on December 17, 2024. Th e calendar did not include a regular meeting on December 2, 2025, but did include a meeting on December 16, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. A regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. has been added; and
SECTION 2. The regular City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. has been canceled; and
SECTION 2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make m inor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
