AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT
This Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Aleshire & Wynder LLP dated March 13, 2025 , is made on December 2, 2025 , by and between Aleshire & Wynder LLP (“Attorney Firm”), and the City of Santa Maria, a California Municipal Corporation and charter city (“City”), in Santa Maria, California, based on the following recitals:
1. The City desires to extend the term of the Agreement in accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED:
1. The term of the Agreement is not to exceed $200,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $350,000.
2. All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is executed by the parties on the date first written above.
