No additional changes to the scope of work, contract terms, or other conditions are proposed.

Available Budget Account Amount
REAP Grant Funds $2,482,958.44
Expenditures Amount
Award $1,500,584.00
Amendment 1 $113,949.90
Revised Agreement Total $1,614,533.90

Alternative(s)
The City Council could choose not to approve the amendment. However, this would limit the City’s ability to fully fund the additional quantities required to meet project needs and could delay timely completion of the project.

Fiscal Considerations
Funding for this project is supported by a REAP Grant awarded to the City through the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG). Sufficient funds are available in the REAP Grant awarded to the City, and no other funding will be requested to complete this project.

Impact on the Community
The community will benefit from the gravity sewer in Church Street between South Depot Street and South Broadway Street and relieve gravity sewers.
