Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental fees are based on an eight-hour minimum rental with exclusive use of the facility.
2. No partial-day rentals or same-day double bookings are permitted.
3. The rental fee includes use of the kitchen, tables and chairs, and Wi-Fi.
4. The maximum facility capacity is 400 guests.
5. Events with attendance of 301 to 400 guests shall be subject to the applicable surcharge listed above.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reserved event date will result in forfeiture of the $1,000 deposit.
