SUBJECT: Adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-02 repealing and reenacting the City of Santa Maria Official Zoning Map
RECOMMENDATION:
Waive second reading and adopt O rdinance No. 2026-02, approving a Zoning Map Amendment (Z2026 -0001) repealing and reenacting the City of Santa Maria Official Zoning Map.
BACKGROUND:
At its regular meeting held on May 5, 2026, the City Council introduced Ordinance No. 2026-02. This constitutes the second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2026-02. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after City Council adoption.
