SUBJECT: Adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-04, Repealing and Replacing Chapter
7.05-04 of the Santa Maria Municipal Code Concerning Catering Vehicles
RECOMMENDATION:
Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026 -04, repealing and replacing Chapter 7.05-04 of the Santa Maria Municipal Code concerning Catering Vehicles.
BACKGROUND:
At its regular meeting held on June 16, 2026, the City Council introduced an ordinance repealing and replacing chapter 7.05 -04 of the Santa Maria Municipal Code concerning Catering Vehicles. This constitutes the second reading and adoption of said ordinance.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after City Council adoption.
