Modification #5 to the contract for the City of Santa Maria General Plan Update - 304.RA19017.001 This Contract Modification #5 amends the contract between Alta Planning + Design, Inc. (“Prime Consultant”) and the City of Santa Maria (“Client”) for the City of Santa Maria General Plan Update.
Prime Consultant and Client (“the Parties”) entered into the contract for the City of Santa Maria General Plan Update on November 6, 2019. The Parties entered into Modifications #1, #2, #3, and #4 to the contract on March 5, 2020, November 13, 2024, January 28, 2026, and February 1, 2026 (Client Amendment #1), respectively. The purpose of this Modification #5 to the contract is to increase the contract authorization by $87,575.52.
CHANGE IN CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION AMOUNT: The contract authorization shall be increased by $87,575.52 for a new not to exceed amount of $1,955,180.52.

All other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged and in effect.
