SUBJECT: Adoption of Ordinance No . 2026-06 amending Title 12 – Zoning, to Establish a “Senior Mobile Home Park Overlay District”, Adding Related Definitions, and Amending the Official Zoning Map of the City.
RECOMMENDATION:
Waive the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-06, amending Title 12 – Zoning, to establish a “Senior Mobile Home Park Overlay District”, ad ding related definitions, and amending the official zoning map of the City.
BACKGROUND:
At its regular meeting held on August 4, 2026, the City Council introduced Ordinance No. 2026-06. This constitutes the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-06.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after City Council adoption.
