Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 14, 2021, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending SMMC Chapter 2.50 that established a Public Safety Reform and Oversight Commission. The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
