A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Himmelrich at 9:18 a.m., on Friday, March 25, 2022, via teleconference pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 361 signed by, Governor Gavin Newsome at https://primetime.bluejeans.com/a2m/live-event/ejwfqbjh. .

CONVENE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 9:18 a.m., with all members present.

Motion by Councilmember Davis, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem McCowan, to hear public comment first and then hear Item 4.A. before Closed Sessions.

Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council:
1. Review and discuss the City Council Rules of Order and Procedure; and
2. Collaboratively develop agreements for implementing rules for meetings.
