Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 12, 2022, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending Chapter 2.48 of the SMMC consolidating the Commission on the Senior Community, Commission on the Status of Women, and the Social Services Commissions into a newly named Commission and repealing Chapters 2.56 and 2.60.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
