Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 22, 2022, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance to adopt the Third Amendment to the Development Agreement for the Providence Saint John’s Health Center Phase Two Master Plan. The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
