Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting of April 26, 2022, the City Council adopted for first reading an ordinance amending the text of the City’s Zoning Ordinance to establish a Conditional Use Permit requirement to allow a lawful nonconforming hotel restaurant located within the R2 or R3 Zoning District that meets minimum requirements to provide meal and alcohol service to the general public.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
