I support the Rehabilitation of Bernard Park Villas‐ by Tom Safran‐ he is terrific .. and the Villas badly need something done.. it is a very depressing place now.. really sad.. no. enrichment for seniors and very shabby..

However, the loan money the City will receive should be used to expand the POD program .. it's a great program that really works to help seniors and keep our landscape..
