Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on August 23, 2022, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance to amend Santa Monica Municipal Code section 3.22 and add section 3.23 to allow shared mobility services to be provided under a contract agreement with the City.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
