Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 11, 2022, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending the text of the City's Ordinance related to economic recovery in (1) the City's Downtown, Mixed Use and Commercial, Employment, Oceanfront, and Public and Semi-Public Districts, excluding the area including and immediately adjacent to the Third Street Promenade; and (2) the area including and immediately adjacent to the Third Street Promenade. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
