Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 11, 2022, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance to adopt the 2022 California Building Standards Code, and Santa Monica local amendments to the 2022 California Building Standards Code, excluding the 2022 California Green Building Code. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
