Subject: Request of Councilmembers Zwick and Brock that the City Council express their support for SB 4, the Affordable Housing on Faith Lands Act, a bill authored by Senator Scott Wiener that would allow faith institutions and nonprofit colleges to build 100% affordable housing on their property by-right and direct staff to send a letter of support to the author’s office.
