A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE
HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Agreement entitled "Agreement
for Maintenance of State Highways in the City of Santa Monica Effective January 1, 1968", setting forth the particular mainte- nance functions to be performed by the City and those to be performed by the State, specifying the terms and conditions under which such work will be performed, and superseding all previous Agreements and Amendments, hereby is approved and the City Manager is authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
