Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 14, 2023, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending the text of the Zoning Ordinance to establish an Outdoor Space Program to allow outdoor commercial activity on privately-owned property and other minor amendments related to emergency response and economic recovery, including extension of certain permit timeframes. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
