A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE MASTER AGREEMENTS FOR STATE AND
FEDERAL-AID FUNDED PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica (City) is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for certain Transportation Projects through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements must be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate the authority to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto to the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. the City designates the City Manager as the person authorized to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements, and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation.

2 SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
