Dear City Council Members,
As a Commissioner on the Commission on Sustainability, Environmental Justice and the Environment I wanted to let it be known that I would love to see and highly endorse Mark A.
Gold for the vacant Commissioner position on our Commission. Mark has the background, depth and breadth needed on the this Commission.
I would welcome the Council to vote in Mark Gold as out new Commission member, since we need his expertise and background in this critical position and moving forward on the sustainability agenda. Barring that, my second choice would be Gerda Newbold, who I believe also has the strength of commitment and experience to add solid skills to the Commission.
