Subject: Cooperative purchase agreement (SHI International) for short-term rental services through Granicus (Host Compliance)
Denise,
I am still looking into potential options to forgo the RFP process in the hiring of a short-term rental vendor.

Host Compliance (Granicus) is 1 of 2 vendors that I am aware of that offer this type of service.

There is a cooperative purchasing agreement that was awarded by Mesa, AZ for SHI International/ OMNIA Partners, who offer the Host Compliance (Granicus) service at a 4.5% discount.

I believe you said that cooperative purchasing agreements had to meet 3 criteria.

I have included them below and links to the documents.
 The original bid must have been publicly advertised and opened using a process equivalent to the City’s.  The bid results must be readily available and publicly listed.  Information related to the agency bid including initial specifications, posting, award analysis and price.

The bid documents can be found on the OMNIA Partners website at https://www.omniapartners.com/publicsector/suppliers/shi/contract-documentation Additionally, the Mesa, AZ website has documents posted as well https://apps.mesaaz.gov/purchasingcontracts/Search  Search contact # 2018011
Can you review this information and let me know if the cooperative purchase agreement with SHI for Granicus’ services meet the requirements of the City?
Thank you in advance!
