Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 11, 2018, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance modifying Section 2.24.071 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code to authorize as-needed services agreements for Public Works projects.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
