A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING NEW CLASSIFICATIONS FOR LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
OFFICER, SENIOR LEGAL ANALYST-CAO, SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT, SENIOR
LEGAL INVESTIGATOR-CAO, AND SENIOR PARALEGAL AND ADOPTING SALARY
RATES FOR SUCH CLASSIFICATIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following salary level is hereby established, effective December 31, 2023, for the indicated permanent classification:
Classification Salary Reason
Legal Administrative Services Officer $155,928/annual; Step 5 New Classification Senior Legal Analyst-CAO $127,692/annual; Step 5 New Classification Senior Legal Assistant $123,204/annual; Step 5 New Classification Senior Legal Investigator-CAO $123,204/annual; Step 5 New Classification Senior Paralegal $123,204/annual; Step 5 New Classification SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
