A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Davis at 6:01 p.m., on Monday, November 13, 2023, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA.

CONVENE/PLEDGE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 6:01 p.m., with all members present. Councilmember Parra led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The City Attorney advised the Council approved Settlement Agreement No. 11496 (CCS), in the amount of $397,500 previously approved by Council on October 10, 2023, with a unanimous vote of 7-0.

The City Attorney advised the Council approved Settlement Agreement No. 11497 (CCS), in the amount of $ 150,000 previously approved by Council on May 23, 2023, unanimous vote of 7-0.
