Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 24, 2023, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections 2.24.110 and
2.24.220(g)(Master Services Agreements). The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
