Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 24, 2023, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance to amend Santa Monica Municipal Code 7.12.180 to require water capacity studies for new developments. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
