A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ADOPTING A SALARY RATE FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following salary level is hereby established, effective March 10, 2024, for the indicated classification:
Classification Salary Reason
City Attorney $380,004/annual; Step 5 Equity Adjustment SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
