Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 14, 2024, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance adding Municipal Code Section 3.75 to prohibit harassment of bicyclists and pedestrians. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
