Subject: historic houses in santamonica
EXTERNAL
Hello, I recommend counsel noƟfy the planning department to automaƟcally review historic designaƟon of housing in santa monica. The exisƟng loop ole or excepƟon is when some one noƟfies the planner for historical consideraƟon. That noƟficaƟon is unnecessary du to city records of when the home, structure was built and a possible photo of the property- then the city planner can review its historical value. With out it, as such, many historical structures are eliminated and it is inequitable . to otherwise designated houses that are pointed out by someone in the public.
It is a simple maƩer from review by a city planner that has the date of the original structures build.
Please put this on the counsel, s agenda soon - for review and discussion.
Good bye, Mitchell Lachman
